Freelance IT Consultant | Projects Manager

I'm a Freelance IT Consultant who loves working on Challenging projects aiming to bring positive changes.

Naturally curious, I'm always seeking to understand how things have been implemented in a Business and especially to what end. With this knowledge, I am able to design, plan and implement processes and systems that help reach those objectives. I like to find solutions to problems and improving the global user experience, which I believe is key to higher productivity.

I majored in IT Systems Management and have worked most notably with Microsoft's ERP (Dynamics AX) and CRM. During my experiences, I've had the opportunity to discover the different units within a company, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care (...) and the opportunity to work towards improving the services offered by the IT systems to each of those departments.

During my free time, I like to work on personal projects involving web development, web-marketing, SEO, SEM and Social Media. I'm currently studying to get the Google Partner Analytics certification and building my CV website.

I'm fluent in English, Spanish and French, written and spoken and enjoy traveling and discovering different cultures.
